Wednesday 6th June 2018 – Stage 2: Stresa – Serre Chevalier<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>It is from Stresa that the second stage started to reach France after have crossed Italy again.\r\n

\r\nFrom the beginning of the stage the Porshe 930 Turbo crew GAUTHIER & VOIRY did not continue his journey because of a technical problem.\r\n

\r\nThe crews left the shores of Lake Maggiore in the direction of Biella and its region made of dominant castles its surroundings. It was at Castelo de Parilla that the competitors lunch, in this place of history with strong memories of medieval times.\r\n

\r\nAfter lunch, the course penetrated into a more mountainous environment, witness of our return to the heights to take us to Sestriere and spend a little more later the Italy \/ France border.\r\n

\r\n\"\"<\/a>It was under many showers that the competitors climbed the Colle del Lys and the Col de Montgenevre before starting the descent towards Brian\u00e7on and its citadel Vauban, leading to Serre Chevalier.\r\n

\r\nWe stay for the occasion at the Grand Hotel completely renovated and located in the very heart from the winter sports resort.\r\n

\r\nSee you tomorrow for the summary of the 3rd and last stage of the Rally towards St Tropez, hoping that time is on our side.\r\n\r\n
